klayoutrc debug
As soon as my klayoutrc has a problem, klayout crash.
Is there a way to know/debug what is wrong in klayoutrc when launching klayout? Any log file ?
It would avoid to loose all the information stored in thye klayoutrc file.

Hi Laurent,
On Linux, you can run KLayout from the terminal to get some more information. On Windows there is no terminal, but there is a log viewer (File/Log Viewer). If the application doesn't start however that's not really helpful.
Usually, KLayout wouldn't crash if the klayoutrc file is corrupt - it would just show an error and continue. So I wonder what's wrong in your case. If you send the klayoutrc (see Contact page for details), I could try to fix it.
