Can someone upload image files in forum recently?

Please let me know if someone can upload document or image files in discussion window of forum?
I can not upload such files recently while I could last year.
After set the upload file , then "The file failed to upload." message is outputted.
I want to check this issue is due to my internet or PC environment or not.

    Sorry, seems like an issue with the new version of the forum.

    Maybe it's also a server issue - there is a brute force password attack ongoing.
