Duplicated getters information in Python specific notes in documentation

Somehow statements about getters are duplicated in Python specific notes. For example, https://www.klayout.de/doc-qt5/code/class_LayoutView.html#method137 or other signals.

    But if duplicated text describe different things, may be text should be changed to reflect difference?

    No, those aren't different things. Only internally.

    I have already fixed this and it will go into the next maintenance release.
