DXF generation broken under Windows 0.26.4

Hi all,
@Matthias

It looks like writing of DXF files is broken under Windows/python for the standalone scripting 0.26.4 (pip install klayout)
When trying to write/generate a DXF my python script seems to hang "endless".
Interestingly this is working from the GUI (save as DXF).
Running the standalone script also works flawless on a CENTOS system.

Any ideas?
Maybe try an older version but which one?

I can't confirm this yet. Could you provide a test case? And there is issue tracker on GitHub: https://github.com/KLayout/klayout/issues
