trouble in installing siepic pdk

hello, I have some trouble in installing siepic pdk in tools--manage packages, I tried a lot of times, I install siepic, but can't use it. Can someone help me? Thank you!

    I also tried download different version of KLayout

    Nowadays, SIEPIC EBeam pdk is giving problem. I need to every time first uninstall and then install it again, then only it is available in Library.
