Fill Tool - Keep distance to border of fill area

Hi Matthias,

I noticed that the value in field "Keep distance to border of fill area of", needs to be negative in version 27.4 to actually keep the tiles within the fill area... (In version 25.8 it was a positive value, which makes more sense to me...)

Yes, you're right. Negative values are not intuitive.
