manual package install
I can't use the package manager because I'm using the in-house intranet network.
Please let me know how to install it as a manual.

Download the packages you want from a computer outside your network and copy over the "salt" folder from KLayout's home folder ("c:\users\you\KLayout\salt" on Windows, "/home/you/.klayout/salt" on Linux) to your detached environment.

@Matthias, for xsection package, can we copy the one downloade/used in Windows system to a linux server? Is windows version compatible with linux version? Thank you.
