Density Check in klayout-Backup

There are two modes in “with_density”:padding_zero and padding_ignore.How to achieve backup mode？（Backup specifies if a window overlaps the right-hand or top edges of the data capture extent, the window is shifted left or down until it is no longer overlapping the data capture extent. The Density calculation is then performed after the window has been shifted. ）I try to use TilingProcessor.

That sounds weird. I have not heard of such a mode before, neither is that implemented here.
I guess that "padding_ignore" will give a similar result. If will decrease the window size in case of overlaps by the area outside the chip. At least in both cases, the window will always cover a portion of the chip and not the outside.
