I use the 'trace net' tool and get some nets; I found that I can 'export' them, however I can't find how to load the stored nets if I leave the session.
Does anybody know how this can be acheived?

the only way to persist nets currently is to export them to a layout.
Basically the net tracer was intended as a debugging facility, so persistency was not the main design goal. The export features have to provided to open interfaces with other tools mainly.
However, having a way to import nets too makes sense. I'll put it on the roadmap for the next major release.
