how to make snap to object work in move mode?

When I turn on snap to object, if I create object (polygon, path, box, or ruler), the cursor can snap to other object. However, if I try to move any object, it will only snap to grid. How to make the snap work during object move?

    Hi,

    as I mentioned, the editing functions are not very expressed. That is one weakness.

    Snapping to objects is not effective on move, but it is when you do partial editing (move one edge or corner).
