Error in Building KLayout in VS2010

1) I downloaded qt 4.7.1 source and built it using the command "configure.exe -release"
2) I set all the environment variables except RUBY and QTDIR64 (both i dont have)
3) Then i started to build klayout

While compiling i am getting build errors like
1) use of undefined type
2) class type redefinition

I am doing something wrong. Please help me in fixing it.

    Hi,

    I can't give support on building Qt here. There are hundreds of blogs and discussions about that on the net.

    Building Qt doesnt give any errors but KLayout does

    Ok, but If you want me to help you you'll have to provide a little more information. Just saying there are "build errors" is not sufficient.

    First of all, RUBY is not optional unless you disable the respective settings in the project. There are some more recommended packages like STLPort. I spent some time compiling the necessary files and packages and instructions on the build page http://klayout.de/build.html. Please have a look there first.
