xs limit at 2um?
Hi,
I tried to do cross section using the script provided here
http://sourceforge.net/p/xsectionklayout/code/HEAD/tree/branches/v2/src/
However, everything above 2 um in the cross section was cut off. Is this function only limited to 2 um? or is there some parameter I should change to make it work for taller profiles?

Hi Jack,
To change the dimensions of your arena use "depth", "below" and "height": http://sourceforge.net/p/xsectionklayout/wiki/DocReference/#wzxhzdk12belowwzxhzdk13-wzxhzdk14depthwzxhzdk15-and-wzxhzdk16heightwzxhzdk17-methods.
