Use layout.has_cell?(name) in python

As title, Can I use layout.has_cell?(name) in python?
I try it show error message: invalid syntax

No, you can't. This is Ruby syntax. Use "has_cell" without the question mark.

One more question, Can I use wildcards in has_cell function?
Like:
layout.has_cell("abc_cell"*)
