Loading a partial OASIS file
Is it possible to only load a subcell of an OASIS file. My top-level OASIS is really large, and I just need to view a subcell in the hierarchy.

Not currently. Certain flavors of OASIS (strict mode) basically allow seeking to specific cells and allow collecting cells and their sub-hierarchy without need for loading the whole layout. I have not implemented this option yet however.
