Cell Rename window spawns itty bitty

Doing a lot of copy-and-edit to make many
primitive cells with unique content, I use the
Cells window right-click Rename function
with Copy, Paste, Show the top level again
As New Top, and Rename the new autonamed
cell.

A minor annoyance is, the Rename popup
spawns very small

and having it come wide enough to show
the present name value in its entirety,
would be nicer. The window will drag
out but that's just more motions.

And stretching it to do so does not "stick",
reverts to the same few-characters of width,
if it just remembered its size from last time
that would be fine.
