Ruler Not Working
My ruler tool has spontaneously quit working. When I select the icon it becomes highlighted, however, if I try to measure something, nothing happens. My friend is also having the same issue even after re installing the program. Is there a solution to this?

Some hypotheses to check, in my final post there - for instance if you see the ruler icon highlighted, are there other "signs of life" such as the coordinates / delta XY display following "as-if" cursor movement? Indicating maybe the ruler is functioning but its display (e.g. color assignment) is messed? If you change from black background to white (or vice versa) is there any change? Stuff like that.
