How to detect staggered slots

I have a DRC question about slots.
I want to check if the slots are staggered.
Is there a method to check a rule like this?

I've never cared about this or seen a rule for it. You might benefit by posting a rules page or something, to show the "logic" as the foundry (?) sees it.
