Flat-file documentation for 0.26

For my own use I have made flat-file docs for the Editor, DRC and LVS functions. My motivation was to get ability to search the whole doc-pile, not just "present frame" as the Web browsers do.

I've attached the PDFs here. The 'board seems not to like MS Office attachments but anybody who wants the .docx versions, let me know. Maybe these will get hosted alongside the material I made them from? I suspect that 0.26 "new features" may not have made it to the doc-html-pile yet, let me know any errata or fresh meat.

    Thanks a lot for sharing this!

    I think to add docx you would need to zip it. The forum software blocks every format it considers harmful or does not know about.
